Shape Up Challenge – Part Two
By slhaf | March 3, 2010

Welcome to Health & Fitness magazine’s three-month Shape Up Challenge! Download Part Two of the challenge now.
This year’s Shape Up Challenge focuses on making the most of your body shape – whether you are a bottom-heavy Pear, straight-up-and-down Celery, curvy Hourglass or rounded Apple – and it couldn’t be easier to follow.
Created by celebrity personal trainer and Pilates expert, Caroline Sandry, our step-by-step guide shows you what moves you need to follow to play down those problem areas and make the most of your assets!
Here’s what our 2010 Shape Up challengers have said about their progress so far:
‘Now I’ve got into a routine, I’ve been to the gym nearly every other day. Daily activities are easier and my stamina and strength are improving slowly. I’m more aware of what and when I’m eating too – I’m trying to snack on fruit, not rubbish,’ says Sera Terry, H&F reader and ‘Apple’ Shape Up challenger.
‘I’ve lost over half a stone and feel more energised. I’m eating chunky soup for lunch and drinking lots of water. I’ve noticed my stomach’s flatter an skin’s clearer. I’ve got into a routine now – and turned down a night out with friends to go to the gym,’ tells Bex Davison, H&F reader and ‘Hour Glass’ Shape Up challenger.
